- Rating 1.0I was scheduled for a facial and wasn't able to get one because I had facial laser treatment two weeks earlier and mentioned that. I was told that I would have to wait 3-6 months after a treatment to get a facial. A while back I spoke with Michelle about how long to wait before and after getting a facial laser treatment and she said that I would need to call the laser place and see what they said. I called the laser place and they said I should wait 2 weeks before and after. I had even filled out a questioner before a facial before and put that I had a facial laser treatment on a certain date. I was able to keep my appointment then. I had also spun the wheel after a previous treatment and was told I won $30 worth of facial enhancements and it expired on October 31, 2024. I did not look at the card that was given to me after Nicole filled it out. At my appointment on October 30, 2024 I was told that the card read that I had and extra 30 minutes on my facial appointment. I am not sure I could have extended the appointment at that time because I thought I was getting $30 worth of enhancements. When I made the appointment for October 30, 2024 Nicole did not ask if I wanted to do a 90 to be able to use the "spin the wheel win." I would have thought that would have been mentioned since it would expire soon after that.

- Rating 5.0professional therapist was courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The massage was relaxing and addressed my target areas. It was also very relaxing.
