  The whole thing. It was not inviting, relaxing. The lady Didn't engage. And she was clearly just trying to get done Because she had another appt after me. She started by saying, i only have a few minutes due to another client after you. She started with my head/face and did not even use any oil Or lotion. No consultation afterwards either. There was no compensation for such a horrible experience. I feel like you just took my money and didn't provide the proper service. When i mentioned compensation, i never heard back from anyone. The lady also had breasts so big, they were sitting on my head and that was VERY irritating, nasty and uncomfortable. The only compensation i was offered was another appointment, "with someone that i know will do a great job" but i had to pay the full price still.

  If I had received a massage. I felt like she was just piling me up and it was over before my entire body had been addressed.

  The entire therapist service was very poor. My therapist was not communicative, she did not ask how the pressure was, I had to ask her to provide deeper pressure and they did not adhere to my request. The therapist rushed through my body work and abruptly ended the service at the end of my session. This was supposed to be a great couples massage for two people that needed some good body work because of our demanding schedule, but I had to walk out of there and immediately schedule another massage appointment somewhere else because of the service I did not receive with your therapist. Also both mine and my partners facial rest smelled of mildew and we had to wash ourselves off because this smell lingered on us after the services.

  Online booking doesn’t work and my appointment times have frequently been canceled or I’ve been asked to change times. My masseuse listened to areas of the body I wanted to focus on or avoid, but I felt like my back was just being forcefully pushed into the table
