- Rating 4.0I have been a member of Massage Envy for a while now. I usually enjoy my massages however this last massage was disappointing. I believe the lady doing the massage fell asleep multiple times the last 2030 minutes of my massage. She was sitting on a stool above my head working on my neck shoulders and head. There were multiple times when she would stop massaging her breathing would get deep she would then jerk awake and start massaging again.
- Rating 5.0I love coming to massage Envy to get the aches and pains work out of my body muscles. Doraine does a great job doing this. When she hit a painful spot she will work on it until the pain is gone. Doraine does a great job. Everyone at the front desk is very nice and helpful setting up appointments. Ashley the manager in my opinion is doing a great job. Keep it up.
- Rating 5.0Everyone at this location are always helpful kind and helpful and they treat a customer like family which is much appreciated. Also Paul is the absolute best I cant begin to tell you how incredible he is. I have had massages at other places but no one equals Paul. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else as long as he is there.

- Rating 2.0The front desk staff seemed bothered by my and other customers presence. They were not friendly or welcoming. When I cam out to leave they quickly went over deals and a monthly plan which I may have considered if they hadnt been so unprofessional. I also saw them pull up their masks as I came out and there were four crowded at the front desk. I loved my massage therapist however. She was kind worked hard on my problem areas and was sure to check on pressure.
