- Rating 1.0Do not go here! My appointments were changed without notification to me or the therapist that my appointment was scheduled with. I asked to speak with the manager Stepanie to understand why and to ask questions and I was met with an extremely disgusting angry and berating attitude. This was an extremely horrible experience with Stephanie the manager who was completely unprofessional, confrontational and argumentative and is in no way qualified to deal with clients in a manager position!! I will never go back to Massage Envy!!

- Rating 3.5I pay for a 60 minute massage monthly and it's never for an hour. Give people what they pay for. They make you sit & wait for about 2-3 minutes then by the time you explain what you want, get undressed and the therapist comes in, it's 10-12 minutes later. Then they stop before the hour so really I'm getting about 45-48 minutes. This is a rip off.
- Rating 1.0The technician who provided my massage was pleasant and provided a relaxing massage. However, the price I was told at the site for my 60-minute massage was higher than the online price. The price at this site was also not for a full 60-minutes of massage, it was only for 45 minutes. I was not told when I booked online or when I got there that the massage is only 45 minutes and the remaining time is for picking up the room and preparing it for the next client. $125 for a 45 minute massage is ridiculous. If it were an amazing therapeutic deep tissue massage, MAYBE. Given that I had requested a firm/deep tissue massage and only received a medium pressure massage, that was another disappointment made worse by the shortened session time.
