The service provider did well but I am not use to her style of massage. I think she tried her best but I prefer other service providers that I have had in the past. She was nice, listen and did an ok job but I am use to a much different experience that i have had during the past 4 years and going to a handful of other massage envy’s. She said that we would do a full body but did not do arms, hands, feet, etc… She has a much different style than many of the other service providers. I am trying to work my way out of all of the sessions that I built up during covid and which all of the massage envy’s staffing issues and am concerned that it is going to take a very long time to get thru all of the sessions that I have built up. The past few appointments had to be canceled because of staff quitting and/or going part-time. I have noticed by being at many massage envy’s the training of your front office associates are excellent. Many times I am waiting in the lobby for my wife to finish with her massage and I have not found a company yet with a better front desk associates and how they handle the customer either in person or on the phone.
