- Rating 3.5My masseur (Elizàbeth) is wonderful. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The Frankfort location is filthy, the carpet has black trails throughout the building, there are water stains on the ceiling, the paint hasn't been changed refreshed for as long as I've been a member (10 years). It doesn't feel like an indulgence anymore. Maybe other locations are nicer and more luxurious. I certainly didn't expect to walk into a bathroom to have a thick cloud of vape to walk through.

- Rating 1.0Front Desk is super load. A woman came in for what I'm assuming was shift change at 140. Super loud and obnoxious. Slurping her soup at the front desk. Discussed their weekend plans. Heard all about her "tummy problems". Managers in the office also loud. Im not saying people should not talk at work but literally were so loud. I felt like I was in a mall food court and not a massage spa reception room. Massage was booked for 1:45. Not on time. I was planning on signing up for a membership but after today I will not be back.

- Rating 3.5My therapist was wonderful. The girl who checked me in was rude, passive and i felt completely dismissed.
- Rating 5.0Always a great massage by David. Front desk must be new AGAIN. They asked for my name. $100 Question is: can I get LESS text msgs from ME please? It's really ridiculous.
- Rating 2.5The room was dirty, had old Kleenex near bed . The room also had a unique odor, it wasn’t the oils , I like that smell. The facility’s bathroom was also very dirty. The therapist also told me they had no towels for me to use after my massage to wipe up the oil. The previous time I went she gave me one.
