- Rating 4.0Kristen did my facial. This was my first time getting a facial. She was knowledgeable and patient during the briefing prior to the service. She was extremely professional and gentle. The only reason I did not rate higher is because it was during the briefing with Kristen that I learned nearly all of the facial treatments have citric acid or lemon extract/scent. My account with Massage Envy lists in multiple spaces that I have a lemon allergy. Had Kristen not go over allergies with me during the briefing, I would’ve had a severe reaction to the service I booked. Thankfully, Kristen was thorough and knowledgeable of the treatments and was able to inform me that I was limited to 2 advanced treatments that do not contain lemon.

- Rating 2.5My service provider was very nice and friendly. But, after she put me in a room, she told me she would give me some privacy to undress and return shortly. However, she did not return for quite a while. It was so long that I began to wonder if I was suppose to ring a bell or something. Lastly, she used cold gel while performing my massage and her hands were cold.
- Rating 1.0I probably won’t recommend anyone to massage envy because I honestly feel like I pay for a service that I’m not using. At least once a month my massages are being canceled and when I do try to reschedule the person I usually go to is booked or they set me up with someone else who does an awful job.
