- Rating 5.0Everyone at this location are amazing. Very attentive and personal. Wonderful staff. The owner is absolutelythe best!! Made sure i knew him personally on my first several visits. (the input box wouldnt let me move my text tine to the end so please read this after the first parentheses. Basically i would have to go to Buford and act like a piece of human trash to get Buford to fire me as a client and let me transfer to Flowery Branch . Absolutely ridiculous!!)(I originally signed up in Buford because this location didn't exist. At Buford, I felt like just I was just a number and had other issues. I've tried having my membership moved to Flowery Branch because of this and other reasons. I wrote a whole page out and FB management sent it to corporate but I was dismissed like another number just like Buford.

- Rating 5.0My massage therapist, Sam, was very friendly, on time, and knowledgeable about how to help me manage the sore muscles in addition to having a massage. I chose to talk during my session, but I'm sure he would have been just as comfortable if I had opted for total silence. I have already made my next appointment.

- Rating 5.0Because of a death in my family and my husband's fall and consequent illness, I had been unable to keep my massage appointment for February and was way behind schedule and needed a massage badly. When I called to cancel appointments I'd tried to set up, Simone and the other person I spoke with were very understanding and offered condolences. When I finally got my massage on Wednesday, Nahatai was wonderful. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had! I would definitely recommend Massage Envy to anyone I know!
