- Rating 2.5I have been a member for about a year now and have enjoyed all of the massages I received until the one yesterday. My masseuse did not use any pressure even after telling her firm and asking for her to be firmer. The entire hour session was more of a back rub rather than getting knots out of my back. I will not be back to this masseuse.
- Rating 3.5The massage was sub-par. At one point, the therapist lightly held her thumb on 1 spot on my shoulder for about 5 minutes…. Accomplishing nothing. She also took the first 10 minutes to talk about personal life experiences. I am here for a massage, not a conversation. I had this same therapist last month and she took the liberty of speaking throughout the entire 50 minute duration of my “60 minute” massage. Unfortunately, I did not remember her name upon booking this time around. I feel as though I have wasted my past 2 sessions. Genuinely feel like I just threw away $180… very dissatisfied.

They verbally confirmed I was month to month since I am a tenant in the building and that is part of the deal with tenants in the building.
