- Rating 3.0All related to front desk. They transferred $75 from my account without my permission. I had to call them. They figured out who it went to. Eventually I was told that I would have a 75 credit on my next massage for all of the trouble. Well, I didn’t receive it. Nor did my original 75 get put back on my account. I called again and was informed that I would get my money back in the form of a credit to my credit card. That would take care of my original loss. When I asked about the 75 for the inconvenience I was told that wasn’t happening. Was supposed to hear today regarding my credit being processed. Guess what, still haven’t heard anything.
