  Was turned away because I forgot my idea. Then charged $75 on top of that. When I called; the lady, who said she was the manager, was unwilling to do anything other than repeat “as I said; there is nothing I can do.” Didn’t need to go that way. I was really looking forward to a massage.

  Mo was awesome this last visit! I had hurt my right upper leg and it has been hurting for the last month. She was so attentive to my injury and helped work out the tight muscle, I felt so much better after the session.

  Massage was OK. However the room was dusty, smelt like mold and musty and the floor board was missing. I could not enjoy the massage because of that.

  Please be aware that I am providing feedback with regard to my visit to the PGA location only. The reason for my low rating is that when I made the appointment over the phone, I was asked for my credit card and was told that I would not be charged until I had the service. They were just keeping it for safekeeping to ensure I showed up for my appointment. I’m not sure that those were their exact words, but I am paraphrasing what they said. When I got there one of the women behind the desk asked me to fill out some information on an iPad. After a few minutes, a gentleman named Jorge came out and called my name. When I learned that he was to be my masseuse, I said to him, I apologize, but I prefer a female. The other woman behind the desk said some thing which I did not hear. I walked up to her and said I didn’t hear you can you please repeat that? I’m hard of hearing. She said some thing again in the same volume and the same tone. I said to her, are you able to speak up , I am hard of hearing. She said yes I can speak up. Please don’t be rude. At that point, I said I am not staying. They gave me back my ID and I left. I ended up making an appointment in the car at another massage envy location. I realized later that afternoon that the PGA location had charged my credit card for my visit. I sent an email to guest relations and they passed on my complaint to the office manager at the PGA location. She called me and I explained the situation to her. She told me that they were going to , listen to a recording of the phone call that I had when I made the appointment and that they would also look at the video from the store camera to see how the conversation that I relayed to her actually transpired. I spoke to her probably three days ago. She told me that she would get back to me the next day. I have not heard back from her. Your company needs to understand that people who have hearing loss have a disability. I have moderate to profound hearing loss in both ears. I was not treated with respect and kindness with regard to my disability. That’s why I left without receiving the services that I had made the appointment for. I still have not been refunded the amount they charged my credit card. I plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company.
