  not likely after what I experienced yesterday when I called into to speak to someone - my card had declined @2:47pm which I was unaware of as I was calling to reschedule my appointment due to, I had to work late. I called around 3:05pm shortly after the card declined again I was unaware. When i got the front desk person on phone it was to cancelled/rescheduled my 6:30pm appointment i indicated to cancel and would call back to reschedule. She put me on hold for a long time and so i hung up and called back wanting to cancel thinking she was just busy instead a different person answers probably the person that she put me on hold to get and the first thing from her mouth was not hello or sure we will cancel it was "We tried to run your card but it declined" She wanted to confirm my card - I told her the last 4 and that it was right thinking she just wanted to confirm my account # no that was not what it was she reran my card that just 10 minutes ago had declined - i stated i hope you are not running my card again she said no just wanted to confirm numbers - 3 seconds later get an email saying that she ran my card again @307 and it declined while on the phone with her I asked her why she would run the same card she just ran 10 minutes earlier knowing it declined she got mad and hung up - as result I called back and this time nobody chose to answer the phone even though I was just on the phone with someone so I left message that since you ran my card even after it declined and I told you not to run that she could cancel my membership and i will go elsewhere moving forward - nobody called me back to confirm cancellation of my entire membership or to apologize for being rude, hanging up, and running a credit card i specifically told her she was not authorized to run anymore - Unacceptable and i will never use this location of massage envy or even go to a different location i will just go to hand and stone massage instead - you lost a customer and i am reporting your employee for unauthorized running of my credit card to my credit card company

  Not likely at all — my main issues with Massage Envy are related to their membership model, hidden fees, and how difficult it is to cancel. The lack of transparency and flexibility made the whole experience frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family

  I always have a great experience. The relaxation in starts as soon as I walk in—everyone is so nice and welcoming. They remember my name, vital details about me, and make me feel seen. The massage I had with Johnny was IMMACULATE and really helped with my shoulder injury. I see Juan a lot too, and he is always phenomenal.
