- Rating 1.5I was belittled by the lady who gave me my facial about how "bad" my skin was. She kept telling me I had too much sunburn, when the red spots on my face were from my pregnancy. We paid for 60 minutes and it was at least 15 minutes short of that. My Girlfriend also did a facial the same day, and had a similar experience.
- Rating 1.5We had the couples message and we were cut short 15 minutes. It was suppose to be a 90 minute message . They started about 4:45 and finished right before 6. My husband said she didn’t even finish the message. We still gave them a good tip but if you pay for 90 you should get 90.
