  I encountered a disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist that left me unsettled and unappreciated. While the spa offers a range of wonderful services, the lackluster attitude of the receptionist overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable visit, this made the experience sour. As a front desk receptionist, you are the face of the company and are the first impression customers get when they enter the facility. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the receptionist had a flat affect, lacking any enthusiasm or warmth in her demeanor. I encountered an issue that could have been handled after the massage instead I was told that it had to fix prior to my massage, not only that because of the delay I missed out on the time that I paid for my massage. I was told I would not lose the minutes then that was not the case. Furthermore, throughout my interaction with her, I couldn't help but notice a hint of rudeness in her tone and mannerisms, she was also dismissive. Simple inquiries were met with curt responses. Instead of offering assistance or accommodating my needs, she responded brusquely, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my inquiry. Her dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Her flat affect and rude demeanor detracted from what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable visit to the spa. Her lack of enthusiasm and professionalism was disappointing in an environment where hospitality and customer service are paramount. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues to ensure that future guests receive the welcoming and courteous service they deserve.

  Debbie is a fantastic therapist. I’ve been seeing her for a while. She always listens to her customers and tailors her session accordingly.

  Typically, I have a pleasant experience at Massage Evny, however my last visit was beyond disappointing. The therapist was not rude and not friendly. I will be back but I will be sure to not see that therapist ever again.

  It’s easy to book appointments and reschedule, the massage therapists care about your overall body health, and the aestheticians do a great job recommending which type of treatment to apply.

  I feel pressured to add things I am not interested. I have asked many times to not be given a reminder call...over and over. It happens at the desk not with the professionals.
