- Rating 2.0My massage was excellent but the way the tip is calculated is a rip off. Your system, Tippy, does not calculate the tip on the amount I paid if what I paid is at a discount. After such a relaxing massage treatment the last thing I wanted to do is think about calculating a tip. I was so relaxed I wanted to take a nap. So I paid the amount even though I thought it was high. I paid $90 for my massage because your assistant manager skillfully convinced me to sign up for your subscription. But Tippy calculated 20% tip on a $167 base!! I made my appointment online so I was not charged $167, but a lower amount. Then Tippy emailed the receipt for the tip of $31.36 BUT my credit card was charged $33.42 which is $2.06 more than the Tippy receipt. What craziness? NOT TRANSPARENT and confusing TIPPY. This defeats the purpose of a Massage to relax!!
- Rating 1.0I just moved here from Dallas and the prices are insane for a chain like massage envy. A 90 min massage member pricing was only $115 in Dallas. Here it is $240?! Outrageous for the service I got. I wish the front desk would’ve told me my credit wasn’t posting until the 3rd (it was the 1st) and I would have cancelled. Credits should be made seen when booking through the app.

- Rating 2.5This is my second time scheduling a couple's massage at this location. The first time one of our massage therapists didn't show up (so massage for my partner but not me). This time the therapists weren't informed that this was a couple's massage or the receptionist who scheduled my appointment didn't take note that this was a couple's massage - so there was a wait to prepare the couple's room at last minute, AND my massage therapist took too long in his previous session, so my partner and I didn't get a full 45 minute massage. I won't be attempting to schedule a massage here again.
