- Rating 1.0I checked in via the text link perfectly on time (10:30) and waited in my car as instructed. I did not receive a text to come in. After 11 minutes, I went in to see what was the matter. The woman at the front desk said she texted at 8 minutes past my appointment time. She was defensive and rude and made no attempt to provide customer service. My appointment ended at 11:30 and there was no acknowledgement of the shortened appointment time.
