Every time I come in there is some issue with my credits and your computer system. I signed up in Jan of 2022, and the day I signed up your computers were down, so I didn't pay anything or put a credit card down because the system was down. I scheduled my appt for Feb., and in that time, the rates had increased. The girl working at the front desk said "there is nothing we can do, it is a corp policy to raise the rates." I talked to a manager, who did charge me the original rate, but I was so mad that my massage was not relaxing. I couldn't get an appt in March, so I split my march credits for a 90 min massage in both April and May. I came in on Tuesday, April 5th and the girl working at the front desk told me I owed $30 for the 90 minute massage. I explained to her that I was splitting my March credit, and she wasn't going to budge on it but someone from the side room said "She is fine (meaning me) we will figure it out." So while yes, everything has worked out the way it should, it is just super annoying that I am questioned about my membership and I feel like it is a fight when I come in.
