- Rating 2.5Not with only one therapist there! They would never get an appointment! By the way, you have forgotten about getting me an appointment with Mark for 2 weeks now and that makes me very unhappy.

I’m tired of hearing the staffing excuse. We have so many credits it is ridiculous. We can’t freeze because then we can’t book. I would never recommend to family or friends at this point. Plus the dues have gone up exponentially. Frustrated customers here. On a positive note, I had a wonderful facial with Katelyn yesterday. High quality experience. I hope she stays on.
