The front desk employee was argumentative. I simply asked for a review of my account and billing information. First said there were no notes on the account which I know to be untrue. I in fact did forget about a visit and figured out my error in speaking with my massage therapist, but no help from the front desk. I understand most feel people are trying to steal, lie, or cheat. That was not the case here, I simply was trying to confirm what was promised while signing up for your membership was delivered. I also signed up my mother for a membership, but am having second thoughts due to the errors and lack of customer service.
