I've only gotten a massage twice. Both times at this location. And this is the second time I've been screwed over. I didn't receive a call until I was walking in to my massage appointment that morning. It was to tell me that my massage therapist wasn't showing up. The front desk associate got me in for a massage but it could only be 60 min instead of the 90 that I booked. It also screwed up the massage time for my boyfriend as well. But when they squeezed him, he got his full 90. I also booked for a facial. She showed up right as the facial was about to start. She had issues with the steam machine. The facial was for 60 min and that was fantastic. However, when I was rebooked for the massage, it was right after the facial. So since the facial started late, it ran into the time of the massage. Now I know you guys give 5-10 min for consultation and undress/dressing so a 60 min massage is really 50 mins. I looked at the time, my massage was only 30 min. I also didn't get to talk about specific areas that I needed to target because of pain or soreness. We just went right in. I was comped for one of the enhancements I received, but really? That's just 10 bucks off. My massage was only 30 minutes when I originally scheduled a 90 min one. Do you guys just half ***** ***** so you can stay on time with the schedule instead of actually taking care of clients when they come in? I've never been to any other location, this one is closest to me. I was thinking of getting a membership but I'm definitely rethinking that.
