  It’s not an hour. Or even 50 mins. I wasn’t brought to the room until 8:05, she started at 8:10 and finished at 8:55. The room needs painting and the sheets are cheap and rough.

  I love Helen, I always get the best results from her massages. Front desk is also great.

  front desk considered us liars. my wife bought me a free massage for my birthday. she was given a $125 gift card and a $25 promo card. I gave these two items to the front desk. I tipped the massage therapist $20. things were wonderful. I left happy. I get a call back 1 week later. Girl says I owe $25 because the gift card was only $125. Ultimately, I end up paying because I feel it's the right thing to always pay what you owe. But don't get passive aggressive with us and tell us that you don't have the $25 promo card. And that "if you find it, please show us so we can honor it". How on earth can I find it if I have already given it to you and you even acknowledged it the day I gave you the gift card and promo card? You think My wife is really going to get a birthday gift for a massage and only purchase $125? Who on earth would do that? Think about it. If someone buys somebody a massage, don't you think they would buy them the whole massage? Why would we lie about a $25 promo? It's just a massage. It's so terrible to think that I was even inquiring about signing up for the monthly membership and then I get a call a week later saying I'm lying about a $25 promo card? Good thing I caught that dishonesty now before I signed up. Its too bad, I really loved the atmosphere and massage attendant.

  I really enjoy the ease of check-in. When explaining my needs to my massage therapist, she listened and focused on the areas where I had requested. Having a monthly membership with massage envy is fantastic! I look forward to my mashed every month.

  I have had excellent massages and facials at Massage Envy, and excellent customer service from the front desk.

  this was the worst massage. The therapist didn't speak English well enough to communicate clearly. The therapist barely used any lotion. The flow of the massage was terrible, it was not therapeutic or relaxing.

  There seems to be quite a bit of turn over in the front, with reception needing more training. Fortunately there is someone there who knows and can answer questions.

  Masseuse is very helpful. She always asked me where I’m hanging pain and she gives me massages on that spot.
