- Rating 5.0Erik is an excellent masseur. He applies just the right amount of pressure to work through the knots on my neck, back, etc (I have so many knots!). By the 30-minute mark on my 2-hour massage, I think i dozed off. Felt so relaxed and boneless after the session! Thank you, Erik!

- Rating 1.0The front desk mistakenly thought I did not have enough credits for my massage (I had plenty) and the desk girl chased me out of the place and grabbed me by the arm in front of a crowd of shoppers and yelled I had not paid and dragged me back into the lobby like a common shoplifter. She checked the computer again and realized she had made a mistake. She said, “ I guess there was a glitch in the computer.” No apology. I called back and spoke with the manager, who was very defensive and just said the girl was new. No apology. I seriously considered going to the police station and making a claim for assault. This is not how you treat a customer
