  I requested a medium to deep pressure massage, and although my therapist was sweet she has an extremely light touch despite my repeated verbal request for more pressure. I did not recover any relief from the massage. It was a big investment for me to have the massage on my stressful business trip but I feel as though my money was completely wasted and I still need relief.

  I have been a customer of the Orange Massage Envy for a good 15+ years. I am not happy that I can no longer get 90 min. appts with Emma. She has been my primary therapist for a good 9 yrs. I only come in once a month and her time slots only allow 1 90 min. session for the days that she works. I think this is being unfair to the clients that want the 90 min. sessions and can't get them. Productivity has it merits, but not at the expense of the clients.

  I have been a member of Massage Envy for about 3 years (on and off) and I used to think of it as fairly priced for what you get. It was an investment to taking care of myself. However, times have changed and like most things the price has gone up, but the quality has gone down significantly. It used to be no matter who you got it was going to be a good massage/experience. Now I feel like it doesn’t matter who I get, the massage is rarely good, and there were actually times I was tempted to end the session early and leave because it was either too painful/uncomfortable and sometimes just plain weird (one lady used a wooden roller and hit my spine with it pretty hard—I almost ended that session early but I was with my mom and sister who were getting their massages as well. Then I learned theirs were just as bad). I’ve brought family and friends to introduce them to Massage Envy, gifting some of my saved hours and nearly everyone’s reaction has been the same: “I don’t understand why you keep that membership…I’ve had better massages.” I have *many* stories of weird and/or bad experiences I and family/friends have had. Too much to type out.

  Before my massage last night I would NOT recommend ME Town & Country to family and friends. So my rating of a 6 is a big improvement, my prior sessions were either started late or cut short I feel. I've been at this location for more than 10 years, so I am very familiar with the process. The other masseuses felt like they were just going through the motions, even after asking for deeper pressure.
