Great service and price with membership. I had to call and leave a message a few times to schedule an appointment at the Morgan Hill location. Front desk said they were having issues with their phone system.

Everything about my experience today. My appointment I had made the night before was not booked. Was offered to get my massage comped and the massage I received was the worst massage I have had. I had to go get adjusted by a chiropractor the next day. After the massage the front desk was too busy talking about music trivia with each other to even ask me how my session was or if I wanted to book again.
