- Rating 2.5Feel locked into memebership. Do not like that I am limited to some extent to the location where i started. I have moved about 40 miles from my previous home location - the previous home location also closed permanently, but i was not allowed to switch home locations. I should also be able to transfer my membership more frequently than once every 6 months. I feel the previous locations Newport/Costa Mesa/Irvine i was at had terrible therapists, would cancel on me last minute (several times), and had poor mgmt. However, the Mission Viejo location i have been going to recently is AMAZING. they clearly have better therapist and better management.
