- Rating 5.0The massage therapist Michelle felt untrained. She went through the motions but didn’t care what it actually felt like. She hurt my feet very badly and left bruises on top. She doesn’t know how to give a proper massage at all. She was stabbing me with her elbow for 30 minutes and spent 15 minutes using her hands at most. She used freezing cold wet towels on me to wipe off the lotion. Michelle and Myra left the lights on during the entire massage. The hot eye weights were so hot they burned so I had to remove it. She didn’t keep contact with me during the massage. The massage was 45 minutes instead of an hour. My husband had the therapist Myra at the same time as me, he also had a terrible and uncomfortable massage agreeing that, she as well, went through the motions but only used her elbows and didn’t pay attention to what she was actually doing. The water at the end was hot and full of lime juice so it was sour and rotten. The bathroom had no toilet paper and no paper towels. They handed me tissues at the desk to dry my hands as I left instead of getting me towels.

We did a couples massage and were very satisfied with the experience 10/10! I wish I could remember the name of the front desk associate that helped us on April 26, 2025? She was exceptional! She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of! We will definitely be going back!
