- Rating 5.0They do not stand behind cancellation policy. Even when you cancel within policy they change at their discretion. I called within policy yet because they closed earlier than posted they charged 50% of service fee. After much arguing and threat to contact corporate and speaking with manger they rescinded penalty. Why have to go through this.

- Rating 5.0Massage Envy Lakewood is consistently excellent. Location with plenty of parking. Lobby is clean and staff is welcoming. Rest location while you way, albeit small and seems smaller if a few people are in it (4 people when I was there); it is quiet, clean, and appreciate the imitation fire and low level lighting. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Massage rooms are comfortable and clean too. Juan is amazing. From the initial meeting in the waiting room, to discussing and listening what brings you in today, checking in about the table (on/off), showing the location of the new ‘if you need anything button added to the rooms’, and the table coverings. The techniques, the pressure, the overall experience by Juan was relaxing, comfortable, and just peaceful. I am sure he would have chatted if I had engaged, but honestly, i almost fell asleep on the table and during the massage. Thank you amazing!!
- Rating 1.5I would advise friends and family to fully understand what it takes to get out of the subscription before starting. I would also advise them that getting a good massage therapist is a hit or miss process. If there is a process of looking at individual therapist customer ratings, I'm not aware of it. I would recommend that they seek massage therapy from a smaller service provider, one with less staff turn over and that does not have a subscription type of service offering.
