I have a membership and invited my sister to join me for a massage. I didn't use my January massage so I planned to gift that to her and use my February massage for myself. My home location was booked, and I was so happy that this other location could accommodate us. When we arrived to our appointments the front desk was slammed, but we patiently waited. When I was assisted it was after my appointment time and my massage therapist was waiting for me. My massage therapist was very kind and said he'd make sure I would get my full service time. He made sure he addressed all of my concerns and helped me decide where to focus the time so I'd get the most of my massage. The massage itself was great. After my massage I noticed my sister was done before me even though her massage started after mine. I went to go pay for our gratuity but was told I would need to pay for my add on massage because my February one wasn't available yet. I asked my sister how her massage was and she was disappointed. She felt like her massage therapist didn't listen to what she asked for, and her time was cut short by at least 5 minutes. She also mentioned that the front desk asked if she wanted to sign up for a membership, and I noticed that the offer was less than what I am paying now.
