- Rating 5.0I came early to these appts. & was able to wait in the lobby while sipping on tea.
- Rating 4.0I signed up in Riverside and they won’t transfer my membership to my new location after my move. So I have to contact another location when I want to address any financial or changes.
- Rating 4.0I had a microdermabrasion treatment that was supposed to be for 60 minutes but I was back in my car 30 minutes later. I realize that the procedure perhaps doesn’t take that long but it could include other things such as a hand treatment, massage etc.

It has become a full time in my life where most folks my age bracket are retiring, I’m developing my business and am in graduate school for my Master in Divinity and seminary to be an ordained pastor. - Rating 3.5Therapists are generally very skilled, warm and friendly. The front desk staff when I arrive in person are helpful and welcoming, but telephonically the service is not the best. I left a message on the answering machine about scheduling an appointment during work hours that was never returned. It is not uncommon for my appointment to be rescheduled for either a front desk error or massage therapist unavailability.

- Rating 1.5I'm very disapointed in not getting phone calls returned. I had an appointment that i cancelled and less than 24 hours so they were going to take one of my credited. So i texted back and said i would keep appointment next day. Later that afternoon i called and left a message. Called again next morning and left message. No one called me back until later in afternoon. I asked on Feb 22 for manager to call me. Never did. A week ago I asked her to call me and she still hasn't. I was there yesterday for massage and spoke my concerns. Very bad PR
