  I sent a separate email about this already, before receiving this survey. My massage therapist didn’t do most of what I said I preferred during a massage, left me to find my way out afterwards, and didn’t massage for the full amount of time.

  My experience was great. It just sucks that you have to wait so long to get in. Just like every other place, there are less employees working and it makes it difficult to get in to use the member benefits. If I suggest more people join, it’s even less likely to get in more a massage once every few months.

  It’s always a pleasant experience when you can book an experience. For 10 years I had a massage every 2 weeks & now it’s every 6-8 weeks. I booked a facial this week just so I could use some of my money but I had to wait 3 weeks to get that appointment. The price went up in January & I assumed the owner would raise the therapists pay so hopefully he could attract more of them but that didn’t happen. I owned my own business for 30 years & this seems like very poor management. So not happy. If it wasn’t such a handy location, I’d never go back.

  Everyone should have an opportunity to use their credit if they cancel. Seems like it should be illegal to require credits be used within the timeframe and have zero appointments available for booking. Very upset with cancellation policy after being loyal customers through Covid. It’s very difficult to get an appointment and three times I have tried to cancel, there were not any appointments a available and I was at risk of losing the credits that I paid for, with no refund as an option. We lost hundreds of dollars and my husband canceled because he couldn’t get any appointments. This is very frustrating and seems like it should be a lawsuit.
