Rogers and Fayetteville are the ONLY locations and they have VERY LIMITED, non existent staffing to provide care to paying contracted customers! At least 6 years my husband and I have had contracts and we are each loosing around 50 credits each because we can no longer pay for something that can't be used. Any time you try to book at a location, it's months out to find anyone and then they can't provide 90 min massages, or stones, or someone trained well enough to do a good job. Then the one good massage therapist is tight on schedule and can't accomodate either. Staffing has left and is not being replaced. Gifting credits insn't allowed except for one upon cancellation. THIS IS THE ***** SCAM I'VE EVER SEEN AND I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW! YOU NO longer can provide the services you offered since COVID and are bleeding people dry. YOU don't pay your staff enough to stay or work there.

- Rating 1.5Trying to book an appointment is ridiculous. I have numerous saved massages but can hardly get an appointment. It takes months to get in.
