- Rating 3.5Your scheduling rules are ridiculous and make nearly impossible for a career person to get appts they need to work with their work hours. My therapist is probably the best one I've ever had but your scheduling rules are forcing me to go somewhere else during months I can't get in to see him. It's impractical and feels absolutely dismissive to those of us who show up and don't cancel. To ask us to call in on the 1st or 15th of each month to schedule for the next block that opens is ridiculous. We've got to set an alarm or calendar item for your office hours on those days and hope we're not in a meeting, or driving, or sleeping..etc. It's frickin ridiculous to play that radio station game to try and be the first to call in to get an appt. If you're that busy you don't need my business anyway.
