- Rating 5.0This facility is welcoming and efficient. The therapist, estheticians are qualified and knowledgeable. Always a delightful experience.
- Rating 5.0There are some great therapists, like Jennifer, but over the years have run into dishonest aestheticians and therapists. The front staff at your location on Friday, May 9th did NOT listen and knew very little about your services. Instead of admitting she didn't know, she tried to make up answers according to what she thought. The client she was talking to repeatedly asked her about transferring a credit to her daughter in another state but your staff member kept answering her questions according to Scottsdale 101 information. The client said she would be better talking to her daughter first and left. The staff member then made a call to transfer the credit. Personally, when I came in I said I would like information about freezing my account while still being able to use my credits. She proceeds to explain how their are 2 different ways to freeze the account and asks me which I'd like. Ummm...did I not say I was interested in the one that allows me to use my credits. I had to repeat nearly everything I said to her because she didn't listen. NOT a good front face for a company of your size!!
- Rating 3.5I would love to recommend this location but for years now they have not been staffed properly. As a result, the therapists on hand are completely booked. How can any referral get an actual appointment except by divine intervention? In addition, I have seen way too many quality front desk people move on which is disappointing.

I have provided them with proof of payment from the credit card that clearly shows the location, amount, and transaction number. It has been 3 days and they said come back on Wednesday they still have no answers.
