I have been a paying monthly member of ME for over 9 years. Yesterday, I booked a massage with a therapist named Carlos (the survey sent to me in text message this morning references the name Alberto). I could not have been more disappointed with my experience. My therapist was plenty friendly during the introduction but proceeded to nod off and fall asleep at least 10-15 times (no exaggeration) during my 1 hour massage. I was truly shocked at what was happening. I have had plenty of fantastic experiences with massages at ME over the years, but unfortunately this experience happened to fall the week of my upcoming wedding when I needed the relaxation the most. I am a healthcare provider and sympathize if this person is a diagnosed narcoleptic, however massage therapy may not be the right career field for him, especially with the expensive rates being charged to your customers! I attempted to call the location and speak with management and was told they were not working yesterday. I would greatly appreciate any follow-up from corporate.
