- Rating 1.5While I like the fact that I can schedule a massage just about anytime I want it, I do not like the tipping system .. your price is your price… the way you come to a total should be based on whatever the actual price is that the customer is being charged, not what you think should be the actual charge bc in most instances your “retail price” before a discount is much higher then what a local masseuse would be. I am a generous tipper … but this concept with Tippy is a major turnoff to me and I cannot recommend ME bc of this. You need to change it … I also heard the therapist is only getting a small hourly wage like a restaurant server … that is so wrong.

Not just doing their job but making you feel welcome because they are genuinely happy to be there too. Hello! I just wanted to let you know the girls at your front desk on Friday early after noon (1-2pm) have been exceptionally awesome! Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful 5 star service. They smile and talk like they are genuinely happy to be there which makes your patrons experience so much better. Great job management for establishing a conducive environment and expectations for such 👏🏼

- Rating 3.0Being charged the difference because you chose to raise prices after I paid is absolutely ridiculous. I would never go back and pay the difference if my house went up in value after I bought it. Losing all of your hours so quickly after you cancel your membership keeps you locked in.
