- Rating 0.0If I had actually gone maybe I could give you a reply. My appt I set for the 28th but it listed the 21st. So while I was on my way to my MRI , they say I booked my appt. Which I did not. So I got charged 130 dollars for nothing. Been on the phone several times about this and have caught the manager lying to me and nothing has been resolved. No confirmation email was sent confirming appt time or a text to remind me of my appt time which I was told I was supposed to have received both.

- Rating 0.0It was the worst experience I ever had. I received a gift card as a gift for Christmas and finally got around to making the appointment. My first appointment was canceled by Massage Envy the same day because the masseuse was sick so we rescheduled it and I had to cancel it the day of at 8 o’clock that morning when my appointment was at 6 o’clock that night Due to being sick and I won’t go into detail but it was a very uncomfortable situation for me and wasn’t able to be at my appointment but because I was doing it the same day they charged me $65 so I had to use my $50 gift card and $15 on my own money to cancel it . So I was never able to see what my experience could have been but I’ve heard that it was nothing that I was missing out on since this has come out and been shared on social media.
