It's brilliant to send text messages to clients like me because I cannot commit to a specific day and time until the day before or day of which works so well for me. Client for life as long at Kristin is employed at this location.

- Rating 4.0John seemed like he wasn’t in a good mood. I understand we all have those days but it impacted him quite a bit from my perspective. He was short with me, and just overall not pleasant. He also used excessive pressure at times and never checked in with me about it.
- Rating 3.0I’ve seen Justin several times and really appreciate that he can do a great deep massage. However, for both of my last appointments with him I feel like he didn’t really listen to me when he asked what I wanted him to focus on. Of my two main areas of focus one was left until last with very little time spent and the other was missed completely. Unfortunately since we were out of time there was nothing to be done about it.
