She is by far one of the most talented and caring therapist. She listens and gently suggests things that could help with relaxation or tension relief. No one else is quite as good. I sleep better and the regular therapy helps my autoimmune diseases manageable.

However, I felt uncomfortable with the sales tactics employed during my visit. I understand the importance of promoting memberships and services, but I felt pressured and overwhelmed by the persistent attempts to sign me up for a membership. This detracted from the relaxation I had hoped to experience during my visit and left me feeling stressed. In the future, I would appreciate a more subtle approach to sales, allowing guests to enjoy their spa experience without feeling pressured or obligated to make additional commitments.
