- Rating 1.5I added the salt stone enhancement, but she only used it for about 15 minutes in the hour massage. Why pay extra for something that wasn’t worth it? She also said she was sick so she couldn’t perform as she normally would. If she had an infection, why wouldn’t she wear a mask if she decided to still work? I did call ahead to say I would be 3 minutes late, and the front desk attendant said I would get right into the room when I arrived; however, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes upon arrival because they had to get my therapist from the break room. as opposed to her being ready.
- Rating 4.0I wasn't told EXACTLY what my charges would be. I thought by conversing the esthetician didn't explain any of them to me. I told her I wanted a glow facial and she explained to me a few options and I chose one, BUT there was no explanation to the charges. I was very disappointed when I got my reciept.
- Rating 4.5I love my MASSAGE THERAPIST Diona “D” she is wonderful…however the facial experience was not so great…I don’t remember the therapist name…the therapist was a bit rough and was more concerned about selling upgrades than the actual facial experience itself. Probably will not do that again.
