- Rating 2.5Service provider must have been new. Was the worst facial I have ever had. She had water running in my ears, down my neck and she had the machine on the ENTIRE facial…..not relaxing at all. When I checked out I was asked about my service….I said it was not good…..no apology, she made excuses.
- Rating 2.5Why can’t massage envy keep staff that do deep tissue? Now Bruce is gone Tiffany is good but I am sure she will be gone soon too. Maybe you should think about paying those that do deep tissue more $ It is very frustrating to start with someone and they leave a few months later

I was charge for a full 90 minute session after missing an appointment in January. My phone was in the repair shop and thus I got no reminder to confirm. I am a 10-year member and expected the fee to be waived the first time this ever happened.
