- Rating 1.0Being charged what we were told we would be charged and the unwillingness to address the issue. I paid for 2 sessions, a Valentines gift for my husband. Are appointments were cancelled TWICE by Massage envy. My husband was promised a full hour free to make up for this. Instead when we completed our session, my fee was deducted from our gift card but my husband was charged $145. We were told a non member rate! We spoke with Savanah to no avail who promised a manager would call. There was no return call & we called & spoke with the manager on duty. We asked where they took the additional money we were charged from & we’re told they took it from a gift card we’d purchased for our daughter that she did not use. Hence the “0” rating.
