- Rating 1.0The whole thing felt like a constant sales pitch. Signing up, coming in and being greeted and even during being asked to spend more money on upgrades then immediately after being pushed for a membership. Also the massages are marketed as 1 hour but really only 50 min.

- Rating 1.5Front entry way felt very run down, not very relaxing. I also felt like they were extremely pushy with the membership at the end. I used a gift card and did not want a membership, the lady definitely made me feel bad for not signing up. I personally do not like that approach to getting sales.

- Rating 2.5I commented on competitor prices to the front desk staff. Stating that tue rates were significantly less. Just for their information. The manager, Meg, enters the conversation…uninvited might I add, and offers a VERY dismissive comment. I wasn’t even speaking with her and she then decided to over talk the front desk staff. She was rude and dismissive.
- Rating 5.0The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, and my massage therapist bends over backwards to accommodate my needs and make it a perfectly pleasant and relaxing experience for me. Each and every time!

- Rating 2.5I really do enjoy the services provided by the masseuses, but what I really hate is after I’ve just spent the last hour relaxing that I get bombarded by the office staff to try to sell me on signing up for monthly packages and it’s literally every single time, and I really don’t want to be bothered Especially when I’ve declined multiple times
