- Rating 3.0Every time I book a massage, it's always a great experience. The problem I have is actually finding availability. I would be hesitant to tell someone to get a membership knowing they would have trouble booking appointments

I booked online and she educated me on the "add on's" I selected and gave me suggestions of better options for my daughter's skin and experience with facials. My daughter walked with a level of relaxation and was excited to use the knowledge Kim gave her to further take care of her skin. I will be booking my facial with Kim very soon!

- Rating 4.0While I thought Jessica was extremely professional and sweet, her touch pressure was not strong or confident. I felt that her sequence was off and out of order. It was back, part of my legs, flip over, head, arms, bottom of my legs. Never touched my quads or hamstrings… I also stressed my neck and traps were tight and there was little to no pressure on those. Even after she asked how my pressure was I asked her to use elbows, knuckles, anything that could add more pressure.
