- Rating 1.5The receptionist took my massage preferences out loud in the lobby instead of privately in the room with the massage therapist (I think they were having technical difficulties with the iPad?). She also didn't understand what I said and almost had the massage therapist skip an entire part of my body. Just a weird experience overall. The massage therapist was fine. She did a moderately good job, certainly not the best massage I've ever had. Cold hands the whole time. But she was nice. More of a back rub than a massage. The room smelled like a gross cleaning product so I had to add an aromatherapy lotion for an increase in price because it was so gross smelling in the room. The aromatherapy was not worth the price either but they did give me the rest of the lotion, which is super weird but appreciated considering it was an extra $10 for adding essential oil to a massage. I will not return to this location.

- Rating 4.5After a hectic and unpredictable few months, getting in again for a scheduled massage in April on a snowy day, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was to be able to relax and feel the tensions in my muscles is every part of my requested full body massage fade away. I was glad I could make it in this day, continue drinking water the whole day and taking advantage of a mind set that I to continue daily routine comfortably!
- Rating 5.0Karina is truly gifted at deep muscle massage. She listens when I have areas of concern and I am totally rejuvenated when I leave.
