- Rating 1.0The rooms are filthy. We just went through a pandemic and if that didn't teach businesses the importance of cleaning and sanitizing especially in a facility such is this I don't know what will. The floors are covered in dirt and there are cobwebs and dust everywhere. The table legs are dirty. I just don't understand. The second reason is I HATE that I can't get out of this contract and are planning to file a complaint with the States Attorney General. I have sessions that have to be used after notifying you that I want to cancel however, there are no therapist that can do deep tissue massages correctly available! This is the biggest scam ever!
- Rating 4.5The interaction of the front desk personnel and especially the masseuses & the staff! Millie was outstanding and so was CoCo. Celeste the main front desk personnel is professional & courteous.

- Rating 2.5I have really enjoyed my membership to Massage Envy, but recently they started charging me some kind of B.S. "transfer fee" out of the blue since it is a different location than where I originally signed up. I know it is only five dollars, but the reason I signed up in the first place is so I could go to any location and this just seems like a cheap money grab. Like seriously? This may not even be that much, but the principle of it is enough that I am considering cancelling my membership. It's hard enough getting appointments anywhere with people I like, especially since all the people in my "home" location have left and I don't like the new people there now. And when I do find someone I like who tells me to come more often, it's practically impossible to get appointments... hence why I try to find openings at other locations... this is seriously ridiculous.
