  My favorite therapists are often booked 6 weeks out, but I was told they aren't really booked. Management just "holds" some of their schedule for new customers, those with gift cards, etc. That's not fair to loyal members.

  room was cold, music sounded HORRIBLE and people are loud between sessions (in the hallway) I've been a client at this location, since they opened. It has gone WAY downhill over the years. My facial was not that good and the room was so cold and too much light was coming in. Also, the girl did not have all the supplies you need for a facial. It was a waste of time and a service

  Many aspects could have been better. The therapist was talking throughout the entire session, there was no music, the pressure was not firm enough and I did not even have the full 80 minutes that I had paid for as part of the 90minute session. My therapist was a nice lady, but this was not the experience I was looking for.

  Janet is very good and friendly. She knows how to deliver an excellent massage without too much pressure. It is amazing to me that Janet can provide an excellent massage and talk at the same time- I doubt if I could be so dextrious!

  I sent an email and review on how it could have been better before and it was ignored. how do i know this wont be ignored either? here is my original review First the room where the facial takes place is not fully covered and dark like a spa should be. Light gets through and messes up mood of the relaxing time. Black out curtains would a cheap solution. However, it is important to note that a room where facials are conducted should have a sink and proper product display. Another thing, having equipment that is up to date is important bc the steamer was obviously old and in need of an update, it ticked throughout the entire session. Speaking of updates, other than a clean dedicated facial room with proper display and equipment, a helpful tip would be to ensure your tables are working properly because the one i had did not warm up. New and higher 'below the knees' pad need to be replaced, they are so flat you can barely tell the difference. A quiet room where the vent isn't shaking would nice too. The sound coming was like metal vibrating. I normally go to Vernon Hills, but my normal girl moved somewhere else so i am searching for the new perfect estitician. I really hope that my suggestions above are considered and implemented because the one saving grace was Destiny. She is magnificent! Professional, nice, friendly, knowledgeable. It had a been a long time since ive had a facial or massage where I'm so relaxed i doze off. I will DEFINITELY be back for her services.
