- Rating 1.0I got a 30 min massage. And it’s only 20 mins of “hands on?” So that felt dishonest. Then it was 63$. That’s about 3 dollars a min. And of course they ask you to tip which feels like you have to. So for 73$ I got a 20 min massage. The massage itself was fantastic - no complaints there. But I would never send someone to massage envy for a 30 mins massage.

- Rating 3.0I was receiving texts & emails several days prior to my visit about making sure I was on time, in fact, arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 10:40am for an 11:00 appointment & after completing checkin on tablet, was put in a room until 11:11 when Lexie came to get me. By the time we got to the room, discussed areas I needed attention on & getting undressed & on the bed, it was 11:20. My session ended promptly at noon. It was supposed to be a 60-minute session. Not cool.
