- Rating 1.0It is nearly impossible to schedule a massage; being a member you’d think they would make it a priority for their members to be able to make an appointment, but they don’t. I do not recommend this place, I am cancelling my membership as quickly as I can. I found it completely stressful trying to coordinate schedules. Also, their staff actively complain about the agency during your service making it even less pleasurable to be there.
- Rating 3.5parts of the cleansing, toning, microdermabrasion and moisturizing process during the facial did not cross the midline. liquid from the micro derma ration got in my eye. I called I have so the aesthetician would be prepared for the micro dermabrasion, but nothing was set up Also, I was taken back 10 minutes late,the entire time on the table 25 minutes This included the questions and signing consent. The micro dermabrasion performed here went in One Direction on my cheeks and other experiences. They did three or four directions over the same. Used 2 credits for 15-20 Of treatment if you take away the liquid getting in my eye, the questionnaire, the switching of the tips or the machine.

- Rating 4.0Waiting area feels cold... much prefer the waiting area behind the door. I don't like to be sold to right after a massage when my brain is relaxed- but I also arrive ready to relax, so I don't want to hear a speech then either. I did join, so whatever you are doing is working.
- Rating 1.0There isn’t a lot of flexibility. I feel like since I am a member there should be some lenience. I wasn’t feeling well and I wanted to reschedule my appoint but they said I had to still pay.

- Rating 0.0Scheduling is a disaster, cancellations are also ridiculous ! All therapists have been excellent but will not recommend do to scheduling issues. Not worth the money
- Rating 0.0Scheduling: there are like zero options to choose from I had to use a credit to do a facial because I could not schedule a massage this is very disappointing.
