- Rating 2.0I had a hot stone and the stones weren’t hot! I was highly disappointed! 😔 When I went to check out I was told I couldn’t use my prepaids for the hot stone and was told that had just changed recently! I wasn’t informed of any change!
- Rating 5.0Jim's professional background makes him knowledgeable about my aches and pains and how to help remedy the causes. Efficient and capable, I feel 10 years younger after my sessions with him!
- Rating 0.5The locations are very inconvenient, atleast 22+ minutes to get to the closest massage envy for me. My masseuse was kind, but i felt nothing after or really during the massage. I couldn’t tell the next day or hours later that i even got a massage. I felt i expressed the areas that i wanted to be worked on the most (back, neck, scalp.) I said if we had time, i wouldn’t mind venturing to arms and hands, maybe legs but i really didn’t care to do that. (which i expressed.) My masseuse worked the most on my legs and feet. Maybe 2 minutes on my scalp, and a little time on my neck, back, and arms. We did stretches (that i was told to do the movement for) which is fine and felt okay, but when u get a massage…i don’t want to have to do the work. i want it to be relaxing. not working out.
