- Rating 3.5Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the smell of body odor and the “tranquility room” was quite lack luster. The grey carpet and lack of personality left a lot to be desired.
- Rating 0.0My whole massage was horrible. Probably the worst massage I have ever gotten. It was from Tricia she didn’t listen to a single thing I said in regards to where my back issue were. She was 25 min late to getting me my massage and then shorted me 25 min even though I paid for an hour. When I asked her to get my lower back ( lumbar sacrum) she said no we don’t do anything below the mid back. I asked her to get my neck and shoulders and she skipped that entirely. The only thing she did which I didn’t want her to do was sit into the side of my back on my ribs inbetween causing pain. When asked for a refund was told that isn’t possible. This was my first and last time at massage envy. On a side note Candice who did my facial was wonderful and was a very relaxing first facial experience

- Rating 5.0Very comforting and welcoming environment. The front desk staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. My provider was Candice and she is absolutely the best at what she does. I’ve had many many facials and massages over the years and she is hands down the best I’ve ever had and she’s very professional, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She goes above and beyond for her clients and listens to their needs and wants.
